Intentions
This first module is like a spark or the lighting of a match.
It’s the start of a new cycle, a new beginning.
This experience prepares and opens the psyche to the initiatory process of Kundalini.
The body is purified, and the mind gradually begins to stabilise.
The channels are opening to prepare for the INDRA immersion week, when the practices will be more intense.
The essential and fundamental techniques are well assimilated for the rest of the experience.
