The Origins of Tantric Numerology
Humanity has always used numbers as a way to decode the universe and they are the foundation of all ancient knowledge. The Tantric Numerology is based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and has its roots in ancient yogic and tantric practices. According to this yogic system, every human being is made of ten spiritual bodies.
Each number is connected to specific qualities, frequency, body, mantras, Guru, organs, senses, …, all together they represent a map of our consciousness and help us to understand our unconscious and our infinite self. Learning Aquarian Numerology will give you a deeper understanding of Yogi Bhajan’s teachings.
Our birthdate computes various aspects of our being and it is a practical model for understanding our Self and our psyche. It proposes and answers key questions – who am I, what do I have to learn or master, why am I here, where am I going, what must I do before I die, and how do I transform my life.

Studying Tantric Numerology is a journey of self discovery!
It takes a lifetime.
With this course, you will study each of the 10 bodies and the numbers, and go deeper in your own numerology.
You will become more aware of your inner resources, and new opportunities for growth and authentic expression.
Each life question (the Five questions of life) will be addressed individually, giving you the possibility to explore your true identity, your area of mastery, your highest destiny (dharma), your ways to transform the past, and how to move forward and uplift your life.
You will also practice step by step to understand the basic calculations and relationships between various numbers, positions, formulas, cycles and the ten bodies. Each of these ten bodies has a unique physiology, psychology, orientation, expression, consciousness, purpose and potential.
If you are a Kundalini Yoga teacher, you will learn how to give your students and friends specific Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations based on their numerology and aimed at supporting their growth and transformation.

Structure of the course
Introduction
Part #1: dive into the numbers & the deepth of the 10 bodies
Each of these ten bodies has a unique physiology, psychology, orientation, expression, consciousness, purpose, and potential. Based on the qualities of each number, specific sounds and mantras connected to each of them, and the lives of the 10 Sikh Gurus as an expression of each of the 10 bodies, you will dive into a very exciting new universe.
Part #2: meditate on each of the 10 bodies & the 11th dimension
Each video offers a meditation that targets a specific body or number (11). These meditations reinforce a conscious relationship with the related body, balance it and strengthen its qualities.
Part #3: go deeper in your numbers & offer guidance
You will go deeper in your own numerology. You will be more aware of your inner resources, and new opportunities for growth and authentic expression. You will be able to use the Tantric Numerology as a tool to guide people and students who come to you and ask for your support. With practice you will be able to offer guidance to help others to understand their life, discover their highest potential, create a future which nourishes their higher self, recognize how and why they fall into the same patterns and emotions, etc.

She taught for many years in Austria before she began traveling to share her passion for the teachings. Sat Sarbat's motivation has always been the call to joy and conviviality. This is why she has always traveled with her husband, Satmukh, to wherever the teachings have called them, making herself available to all those who sincerely wish to improve their lives through introspection and practice.

But her favorite program is the SunChild, a teacher training initiated by herself and further developed over the years with Satmukh. The SunChild is addressed to all those who want to support children to live light and authentically; those who wish to reestablish a healthy relationship with their own childhood and inner child; and finally, to those who wish to teach yoga to kids.

Sat Sarbat is a KRI-certified Lead Trainer in Levels 1 and 2 and Mentoring Lead. She mentors and supports trainers-in-training and is currently a member of the GEC (Global Ethics Commission). She desires to serve and give back what she was blessed to receive.Sat Sarbat encountered Kundalini Yoga in 1999 after an initial phase of life that was intense, adventurous, full, and very rich but also difficult and painful. The teachings opened a door for her, and she committed generously, without hesitation and reservation, to this new path. She studied with devotion all that was available: Sat Nam Rasayan, Numerology, Yoga for Children, and Conscious Pregnancy.
Sat Sarbat has the ability to touch by making spiritual teachings accessible and resonating in one's life. She exudes an unconditional love that allows masks to dissolve with grace.
Deeply inspired by the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan, Satmukh has travelled around the world for over 15 years to share them and instil a sense of community and service. Today, he and his wife Sat Sarbat have settled in the wilderness of southern Austria. More sedentary, he teaches online and mainly in Europe face-to-face. Satmukh and Sarbat also welcome groups to their home to experience in depth the alchemy of the 5 elements and inner silence.
Satmukh is passionate about Tantric numerology and offers individual coaching to dissolve the veils and patterns of the subconscious mind embedded in our fears and beliefs. Together with Sat Sarbat, they have created an online training to use this tool in different healing and coaching contexts.
He also offers the "SunChild" programme to teach Kundalini Yoga to children, to provide a space for adults to "reconnect" and to manifest a transmission to children that supports their uniqueness and innocence!
To deepen his path as a Yogi, Satmukh has followed other teachings as his inspirations such as Agnihotra: Agni, the fire, has always had a central place in his teachings of transformation and discernment, Gurdjieff's Sacred Dances and Sufism, Felicitas Godman's Shamanic Ritual Postures (Certified Instructor) and also Somatic Movements as a source of alignment, healing, vitality and relaxation (Certified Instructor and personal coach).
Satmukh is a Lead Trainer and Mentoring lead at the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). In 2012, he and Sat Sarbat founded the Ajai Alai Awakening school. This school has evolved over time and today offers a space to explore and update the Kundalini teachings through one's own resonances while remaining true to the tradition. We also believe that a committed relationship with a teacher and a community where we can be authentic are essential to connecting our truth.
